It's that time of year again for the IICIL to become a Winter Wonderland for our Annual Holiday Carnival. Our Annual Holiday Carnival will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2007 from 11:00-3:00 at the IICIL 3708 11th Street Rock Island, IL. This carnival is for children with disabilities and their siblings to come out and experience an accessible Holiday Party with cookies to decorate, a visit from Santa Claus (each child that visits Santa receives a toy).
