The Iowa SILC is hosting a virtual public input forum to gather feedback directly from its fellow
Iowans with disabilities and other disability-related stakeholders. The purpose of the virtual
public input forum is to provide a cross-disability platform for the voice of Iowans with
disabilities to be prioritized and heard as they share what they need to thrive and live fully
integrated lives in their communities (with or without supports). This feedback will play a key
role in driving the creation of the next Iowa State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) 2025-2027.
This public input forum will take place VIRTUALLY:
DATE:
Thursday – March 28, 2024
TIME:
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time
