​​THE FAST TRACK PROGRAM SERVES
Students with a disabi
lity, who want to explore their options for post-secondary education and/or employment by gaining job seeking skills,

Finding job shadow or internships in the community and/or obtaining community employment while still in school

ELIGIBILITY
· Students Ages 14 - 21 who are enrolled in an Educational Program
· Students who have an IEP, 504 Plan, or a documented Disability
· Students who are not already enrolled with DRS/STEP Program

SERVICES PROVIDED
· Job Exploration, Career Assesments &  educational requirements
· Workplace readiness & resume building 
· Work based Job shadowing, Career Speakers and tours
· College exposure, Fairs and Listings
· Self advocacy Instruction

REFERRALS
Referrals can be made by Teachers, educational institutions, parents, self, and Educational Organizations. The program will last anywhere between 4-10 weeks.
